2 geeen lights 1 amber and no light on internet

I have a green light on the power and WiFi no light on the internet and orange on voice. Nothing is working via WiFi - tested on app and said everything ok in area? Can any advise please - been like this for two hours

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Got same issue, checked all and still nothing. Problem on sky side

Same here in Thanet, Kent. Been diagnosing as showing a fault but then it's saying its all fine ... only the 2 lights on
