2.4ghz doorbell, can I connect to the hub

Can I adjust the hub settings to give me 2.4 as well as GHz?

@JasonHill first point is to reducec security level for the hub in the My Sky app from wpa3-t to wpa2 as that might sort it for you. If it doesnt turn off the 5GHz band in the same advanced settings area in the app, network the doorbell then turn thec5GHz band back on.
