2.4 instead of 5g for in home security camera

I am trying to set up a camera but my WiFi won't allow it, how do I switch it to 2.4 instead of 5g for the camera to be set up?

@Ghhfgv all Sky hubs transmit a dualband SSID so use both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The issue is some cheap WiFi chips have an issue connecting to acdualband SSID. If you have a black Sky hub you can if you want split the two bands as explained here  Split Sky WiFi bands

You cannot do this on the white hubs as that breaks the newer WiFi6 standard thry offer. Instead using the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app you turn off the 5GHz band, connect the cameras and then turn the 5GHz band back on. Modt devices remain connected.
