2.16mbps speed when it even registers any speed at all. Well over 24 hours of this now

 I have unplugged everything for over 10 mins I have held the reset buttons for 10 seconds ect ect. Having no joy with it, anyone help please

White smiley face power and wireless button white also. I'm all out of ideas other than go too another provider as it isn't good at the best of times

@bennett17 Are you running the speed test on 4G?

You're not even connected to WiFi, you're connected via 4G so you're not testing Sky WiFi

As others have said you were testing your 4G speed not your WiFi speed.

Additionally if you still have a router thats got a smiley face on it then you wont be getting very fast WiFi speeds as that router only supports 2.4ghz WiFi.
