@Lucy2008 how are you measuring speeds? If its on a device connected by WiFi the test result will show the slowest part of the connection which is often the WiFi connection between the hub and your device which is not guaranteed. If you want a true test use a device connected by an ethernet cable and disconnect all other devices while running the test.
You can check the speed to the hub by going into the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the broadband link which will show you the current speed and its recent history. If its below the guarantee the app should offer to book an engineer to check your line. If you have a black Sky hub you can see the speed in its connection stats see
