100mbps broadband speeds

I contacted sky about my broadband speeds and they sent me out a broadband extender. This was not the issue. The issue is i'm Still Only getting 100mbps broadband speeds and I'm supposed to be getting 500mbps. Some nights the speeds drop down to 50 or 60mbps and its impossible to watch a high definition film. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to get the speeds increased and sky are not helping to resolve this issue.

@AnnoyedKaren Have a look on the service checker see what is applied on the account side to start with, 80 across the board if you see that straight onto sky tomorrow now 8am to 8pm! Link below Broadband and the > to expand you should see it say Sky Full Fibre 500 as the product! Bad cable between the Port4 wan to the ONT will also pull the sync speed down to the 100Mb/s range takes 1 bad connection on the 8 pins to do so...
