I don't have sky as my ISP anymore (since I now get my connection via my work for free). They supply internet mainly to businesses.
For the past few days connections outside of the UK haven't been great. It seems to happen later at night. Doing an MTR / pathping to a swedish ip of my friends gets a high amount of packet loss in the Netherlands area (twelve99.net).
Doing the same test back into the UK from Sweden, it gets stuck In Denmark (Copenhagen) (level3.net but goes through twelve99.net before level3)
While it's not 100% packet loss (which normally indicates not responding to ping) it is however in the high 80's low 90's % of loss
Something is not right in Europe
