my xbox tells me i have 100% packet loss no matter what i do. ive tried restarting everything and running all kinds of tests. it causes me to randomly disconnect from games and then reconects itself like nothing happened but will constantly do it if i dont restart my xbox.
here are my router statistics
hoping someone can help me fix this as it has been happening for months

Did anyone get back to you about this mate as I've had the same problem,,, had it the other day got new cat 7 ethernet cable went back to 0% packet loss,,, gameplay been terrible today checked network and says 100% packet loss again,,, tried all what it says online to no avail

100% packet loss is unusual and would usually mean a complete loss of connection with the Xbox servers. A BQM of the external public IP address from thinkbroadband would be useful to ascertain where the fault resides, either internally because of cabling or wifi or a routing issue.

Yes got the exact same problem again 100% packet loss, on Xbox series x
becoming a regular problem

A BQM of the public IPv4 address would be useful which can be done from thinkbroadband. This will help in diagnosing the issue as an internal LAN or external fault.

@mae-3 was googling the 100% packet loss problem as I've just recently started to get this problem, thing is I just tested the multiplayer on modern warfare 3 on my series X, ping was absolutely fine 15ms normally between 15-20 all the time and 0% packet loss, if I was getting 100% packet loss I'd know about it, communication error perhaps between the Xbox and the router, I'm on gigafast as you already know from previous posts on the forum, I'm wired also, changed the ethernet over but still getting 100% even though it's not affecting me which is odd

100% packet loss can be because the router or server you are checking latency to doesn't reply to ICMP (ping) which is often done on internet routers/servers.

@mae-3 yeah like I said though not getting any issues on the Xbox side can do everything without a problem, tried wireless and was still getting 100% as I thought it might of been the ethernet, played for a few hours last night and did not get disconnected from any online games, baffling, screenshot below is wired obviously

My Xbox Series X is showing 100% packet loss also, it is nothing to worry about as games don't use ICMP echo reply to achieve gameplay, they use UDP and TCP traffic and that isn't being impacted.

Xbox keeps disconnecting momentarily or stalling momentarily on GTA and Fortnite. Connnection is fine whenever I check, except it always says 100% Packet Loss which cannot be right.
Any ideas on how to stop/prevent the network interuptions? Nothing else in the host is experiencing this. Only XBOX!

That should have read as ... nothing else in the house is experiencing these sporadic stalls. Only the XBOX.

I'm having the same issue. It started about four days ago. I started lagging badly while playing so I checked my connection and saw that my packet loss was at 100%. So, I reset my modem, router and even restarted my Xbox. Nothing is fixing this issue. I've had the Internet service provider come to my house but they said everything is all good on their end. I've even called Xbox but nothing they did made the packet loss move to 0%. This is making online gameplay terrible. I don't know what to do at this point because I've tried basically everything to fix this. This is only affecting my Xbox though because every other device in my house is working just fine connection wise.

Mine too, both my Xbox's

@Dene7I was wondering if it was maybe just my Xbox Series S so I decided to plug in my Xbox One S but even on that one I'm also getting 100 % packet loss.. It's also happening on both of my Xboxs too. It must be an Xbox issue

Yeah it is a Microsoft issue, went back on later that night and game worked fine with no internet issues. Sorry sky isn't your fault !
