Accessing your router settings page 192.168.0.1

How do I log in to my router settings page?

  1. Make sure you're connected to your home broadband network

  2. Open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar

  3. When prompted enter the username: admin and password: sky OR, your WIFI password

What can I do with my router settings page?

Your router settings page allows you to configure your home broadband network to suit your needs. This includes, how to:

My username and password are not working

If this happens you can easily reset your Sky Hub to factory default settings. You just need to hold down the reset button on the back of the Sky Hub for ten seconds, until the power light flashes.

By doing a factory reset, you will revert the Sky Hub to its default settings, removing all changes you’ve made and resetting the username to admin and the password to sky
