If you look on Sky Shop TV packages it shows what channels are included.

The Basic Sky package is called Signature.

The base package for Sky Q is called Sky Signature which you have to have as a minimum for Sky TV. Details in link below:

ive check my tv list and it only gives me terestual channels no sky channels at all . do u know what i should be paying for the basic package pls ??

Yes there is an Essentials package which is SKY Q with just the Channels that are available for free aka Freesat.   I think there are some more than Freeview (terrestrial channels)  but I don't know exactly how many

I think the Essentials package is being offered with a basic Broadband package

It does not contain any SKY Entertainment channels etc

When essentials is available it is cheaper than SIgnature (which includes the  pay Entertainment channels )

I have just tried looking in a private window so as not to let the website get confused by my subscription & I couldn't currently spot the essentials offer  so it is possible that is not currently available (or I just couldn;t find ot)  

Edit - it is listed on the SKY page I looked at under SKY Q  Lite  - the 'upgrade' to Signature is an additional £8

If you have ch 107 sky witness and ch 108 Sky Atlantic then you have Sky Signature..

That package looks more or less what i have , However , i dont have sky broadband and cant possibly get it given where i live . If your saying this package goes with the basic broadband package then i will have to call and discuss a change or discount . Thanks for your help
