@Cezar32I am not saying you have interference, just could be a possible cause. The only  way to find this out would be to run an analyser for your Wi-Fi through a mobile device.

Interference has nothing to do with how long you have had your router and more with what neighbours have got overlapping ssid's on the same channels.

@Cezar32  And your not running anything else in the background?  No other people are using any other devices, on demand, netflix, youtube etc?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

phones are connected but nothing is turned on. always when everything was connected, even netflix, the internet was going fast and now the website is barely opening.

yes, it was back to normal itself. I think there were some problems in the sky line.
