small picture on really programme on sky glass

Hi all has any one got this problem, please help needed onlystartedto happen todayThis only happens on 1 channel the channel on sky glass is called really the picture is clear BUT all around the edge of the screen there is a black thick line that makes the picture small any ideas please  many thanks

It could be the programe they are showing was made this way?

so sorry no i am a pensioner  and not very savvy on that subject of downloading the image the black line line is about 1 to 2inches wide all the way around the edge of the picture screen thanks for your reply

okay but the same programe on the sky glass tv in my front room is fine this only happens on the tv in the kitchen  that my wife watches it is a 14 inch bush tv only 12 months old  we also have a puck in the kitchen which i have reset but still same problem thanks for your help

In that case it's likely to be a setting within your Kitchen TV's menu and not necessarily the puck.

thanks for your reply but have tried all picture settings on the remote in kitchen tv tried zoom tried 1all picture ratios  but will not work thanks for you suggestions

@isaacs147 Is this on ALL programmes on the Really channel, or just one specific programme?  This sounds like a programme in 4:3 aspect ratio being broadcast in a 16:9 format (or visa versa).

great solution thats the words i was trying to use that is exactly what it looks like  it only happens on 1 channel the channel is called Really has homes under the hammer on it   its great that you tried to solve it for me  many many thanks
