no internet all day.

hi all so around 8.30 this morning my lovely small box on the wall with the light went from green to showing a red light.

did the usual turn off wait then turn back on,but no luck.

sky say no issues but no internet.

any help would be greatfull.

That sounds like LOS (Loss Of Signal) on an ONT, which means no light is coming down the fibre optic cable, typically as the result of an external break or other fault.  You'll need to log this with Sky for an Openreach investigation.
