my sky q mini remote is not working at all, it's not lighting up when i press a button

Hi our sky q mini remote is suddenly not working.  I cannot try to reboot it as its not even flashing when I press a button, it's not the batteries as I've changed them

Hi @paul+scaum 

Edit - the remote's led does not light with most buttons  but it does if you press the ? button

try resetting it by pressing & holding 7 & 9 together for a few seconds - hopefully until the LED does flash four times

If that does work you will need to repair it by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together (makng sure it is pointing at the SKY box as a reset sets it back to IR until paired)

Hi @paul+scaum  Try wiping over the buttons with a slightly damp cloth, incase one of them is sticking?
