my sky q mine box says no satalte single but main sky box works but not recorded programs

my sky q mini box says no satellite signel sky a main box works not recodings on any box

@FcroftHave you tried a reboot?  Power down both boxes, then power up the main Q box first, once fully restarted do the same to the mini

done main box 1st then mini still same in settings got ticts saying mini connected both main box and internet could it be sky dish as recoded programs wont work on no boxes

@Fcroft If it was the dish ot woulld be your main box displaying that message, your mini connects to the main box not your dish.

had this mini box since april 2016 do i need phone sky new box got sky internet
