moving house

Am moving house and it says on my app I'm a sky VIP customer and contact them for a hassle free moving of services, well not so easy when i phoned they said as I am changing my contrct I am tied in for another 18months and they are going to charge me more money

@KH1950  Yes, you would need to agree a new contract, not sure what you want the forum to do?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
