@gods+waiting+room  You're not talking to Sky, refunds take 6 weeks, however if you call them they will be able to process it for you today (will take 7 days to be completed).

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

well would just settle for refund if it was forth coming, certainly not phoning so they can aquire more of my money while I hang on waiting for a human to answer
