just had SKY Q installed , all channels working fine apart from BBC1 its got no signal

initially it worked on BBC 1 however its not working currently for over the last 24 hours , its says no sat signal, checked other TV not on Sky and its working fine the BBC1 channel 

 

anyone have a clue why this is the case on the SKY Q box ?
