Re: itv hub on sky glass
Yes I have tried that and tried logging in and out.
It is the hub that is not working neither is prime.
Both of which work fine on all my other devices

Don't know what else to suggest then I'm afraid. These Glass TV's seem to like to do random things to annoy people. This is probably one of those.

Re: itv hub on sky glass
Yes it's terrible. I plugged my Sky q box back in and around the same episode of coronation Street on ITV hub and the quality was much better with virtually no motion judder.
The fast forwarding and rewinding is also easier on the q box as you have dedicated buttons and you can see the picture moving and see where you are up to.

Sky Glass FF/RW does not show where you are other then the time?

Re: itv hub on sky glass
No not on Glass. You use the right or left buttons to select fast forward or rewind and then press the middle button to select the speed but the only thing that moves is the time the picture does not move so you don't know where you are rewinding to.
On sky q because the remote control has dedicated forward and back buttons it is a lot easier but the picture also moves fast so that you can see whereabouts you are forwarding or rewinding to.

Re: itv hub on sky glass
@Doubleyougee that is because you have a local disc with Q that you can control, with Glass it is a remote stream so you are jumping to specific points in that stream as there are no trick play options..
Assume you very recently got Glass as your Q boxes should stop working once you activate Glass but can still work for a limited time.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Other streaming services allow you to see where you are when you FF/RW.

Re: itv hub on sky glass
@bobalong You shouldn't keep being prompted for credentials for any of the apps on Glass. Does this happen for any of the other apps?

Re: itv hub on sky glass
We've arranged to send Glass back
The television itself seems pretty good from the sound is very good especially for a television but I cannot cope with the streaming services literally just does not work properly. The playlist is all out of sync and all over the place and ITV hub is just a joke. If they have incorporated a hard drive into the sky glass this would work very well as I appreciate that the dish probably won't be around in another 10 years.
Been out and bought a new Samsung TV and reverted back to Sky q and we are much happier.

Good luck with the Samsung. Most TV problems Sky Q has is with a Samsung TV with the One Connect.

Not all Samsung TVs have the One Connect box. Not all Samsung TVs have problems with Sky Q.
