getting a better deal after contract ends

how can i get a better deal for sky Q after my contract ended 26/6/21.

i want to to stay but not willing to pay the price hike that has nearly doubled.

any hints tips to help would be appreciated.

hi @andylee66 always best to call - I believe the best deals are often done by asking to be put through to cancellations (even if you may not really be wanting to cancel)

You need to hold the line after any messages. Don't obey their suggestion you hang up.

When you speak to them, you simply need to say you want to recontract for another 18 months but only if they can ensure you get a much better deal than before.
