connecting my tablet to my sky q box

Hi. 

 

My sky go app shows it is connected to my sky q box and shows my recordings but when I try to watch any content it tells me that my device is being registered. I left this and it eventually worked this morning however I came back later in the day to the same problem. 

 

Sky go app is the newest version and I tried turning my sky q box off at the plug. Sky go works fine on my phone. 

 

No idea what to try now but surely it should stay registered not reregister every time I log on? I only have these two devices registered.

I wish to download some of the recordings on the box, so that I can watch them whilst travelling on holiday.
