bbc 1 north west local news in hd

Hi, I understand from the press that BBC 1 NORTH WEST news would be available in hd from 21st October. I have looked for the program number in the program quide but it seems to be missing. can anyone help and if anything needs resetting.

Initially, it's on internet connected devices, such as Glass. Q is sometime in 2022.

It is only available on Sky Glass at present, satellite HD streams will take longer to roll out.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

hi @STEVESUPERWHITES I believe it has staretd but only on certain platforms such as the internet streamed SKY Glass

 

It will probably take a while to reach Satellite (Freesat & SKY +/Q) 

 

I think it will also be a while before the terestrial transmitters will get it  

 

I couldn't tell if it was in HD via iplayer
