bank account that is no longer in use i updated this a while back well before bill was due but they

sky has tried to take a payment out of an old bank account that is no longer in use I updated this a while ago well before bill was due but they have still tried to use old bank account, it is updated on my sky app

@Sarah+William  If you change the payment method 14 days or less before your payment due date it won't take effect until the following month 

 

so if your payment due date is say 28th of month change has to be made no later then 13th of the month

it was changed more than 14 days before bill was due and is changed on the my sky also
