Wrong Sky equipment Listed on MySky

When I go into my MySky account my Sky equipment is listed as:

 

Sky+ HD Wi-Fi  Box 

Sky Q Minibox

(Two incompatible units...)

 

In fact, I have:

 

Sky Q Box

3 x Sky Q Minibox

Sky Router

 

In fact, the old Sky+ HD box was sent back to Sky years ago when I was an early adopter of Sky Q.

 

Clearly, Sky doesn't have a clue which equipment I have, though I am concerned that their system still seems to think I have that old box.

 

Is this inaccuracy just on my account, or is this common.

Hi @arnsbrae   My list shows a Mini box only (1 item). In fact I have a 2TB Sky Q box and two Mini boxes.

Mine still shows the very first square looking white Sky box.......😱

Fortunately @arnsbrae I don't believe that what shows under our lists is the same  that is used by SKY to track the actual kit we have. 

 

The listing we see is not known for it's accuracy - particulary the main box which I think doesn't show at all for some customers
