When I go into my MySky account my Sky equipment is listed as:
Sky+ HD Wi-Fi Box
Sky Q Minibox
(Two incompatible units...)
In fact, I have:
Sky Q Box
3 x Sky Q Minibox
Sky Router
In fact, the old Sky+ HD box was sent back to Sky years ago when I was an early adopter of Sky Q.
Clearly, Sky doesn't have a clue which equipment I have, though I am concerned that their system still seems to think I have that old box.
Is this inaccuracy just on my account, or is this common.

The listing we see is not known for it's accuracy - particulary the main box which I think doesn't show at all for some customers
