Wire cable cover

The cover for my sky cable; where wall was drilled and cable ran through has nearly come off, what do I do?

@Vickiness  Put it back on with some adhesive. Any decent DIY store should know what is needed.

@Vickiness  Put some sealant underneath it, the cable does  not go through it. I used "No more nails"  just because I had some, any sealer/glue will do.
