Used to be conected wireless but now it is not and I CANNOT get it connecteds again SKY does not answer emails. Cannot do voice searches or access other content, please HELP Sky is useless. P.S. I have a degree in computing

Find out more@Dan6p The reason Sky don't respond to emails is because they don't use email as a support function so I've no idea what email address your emailing but it is not a monitored mailbox. Alot depends on who your isp is. If you are not with Sky your main Q box can only connect to your router's wifi using the 2.4GHz band. Any Q ninis connect by wifi to the main Q box's 5GHz signal normally by using the wps buttons. If you are with Sky for broadband wps is the best way to getcwifi to work.

As I said, I have tried everything,nobody contacts me, advice is always the same generic stuff that you would try first time. Just going to sack Sky.

Outside any applicable minimum contract period that's always an option, subject to giving a month notice. Within a minimum period there will be penalty costs if you don't abide by the appropriate processes.
