My booster has been working perfectly for months then randomly stopped working. The power light is green but no other lights are on. I have tried resetting the booster but the light just goes red then turns green again. The model is SE210

Hi @Helen1968..

Is it possible to try and connect the booster to your hub via ethernet as a temporary measure to see if it'll reconnect?

Just tried this, lights are still the same.

Sounds faulty then unfortunately, you'll need to request a replacement from Sky.
