Why will nobody at Sky actually take a call ???

They have increased the amount on my account AGAIN and yet are way too busy to take my calls ???   Have they become to important for their customers????

They're certainly taking calls (though if your account is overdue you'll be diverted to make a payment first). What's happening when you try?

There is no reason unless your account is restricted why you cannot talk to Sky
