Why is netflix the same coverage on skyq?

I got skyq and netflix premium I signed into sky and reception the same shouldn't it be superior how do you solve this to get good viewing?

What should it be superior to ?

 

The picture quality is dependent on the source programme.

If you have a 4k \HDR TV with the Netflix App already built in then Sky Q wont give a better picture.
