Why are only 6 episodes of lost symbol available on sky max but the rest only available to sky MAXHD

Lost symbol series one "all episode are available on SKY MAX" however this is only true for episodes 1 to 6. In order to view episodes 7 to 10 you must have a SKY MAX (HD) subscription! This is a complete misrepresentation of your advertising statement and a possible breach of broadcasting ethics.

please explain your actions in this matter so that I can forward this to the broadcasting watch dog.

You are not talking to Sky support on here but to other Sky customers.

All episodes are available in both SD and HD so you should be able to view them and if you want access to these in HD then you have to have the HD package on your account.

Hi @JohnmacD123

Yes as the others have said - I've been able to download the SD version of episode 7

Perhaps you are trying to download the HD episodes. I can confirm the SD versions for 7-10 are there

Re: Why are only 6 episodes of lost symbol available on sky max but the rest only available to sky M

Thank you for your response, however I have deleted the entire series and reloaded the complete series 1 and still episodes 1 to 6 and 8 are attributed to sky max but 7 and 9 are only attributed to and available on sky max HD. As you correctly assert I do not have the HD package but happy to watch in standard format if they were only available, which they are not!

i should point out that I am watching via a virgin service, SKY MAX is part of the virgin package, so I am somewhat still mystified.

If you are a Virgin TV customer then you need to be speaking to them about this as this community is for Sky TV customers.

I did not try to download, but I was able to select SD as the format for eery episode of The Lost Symbol.

You have to highlight each episode and select all formats and selet standard definition.

@JohnmacD123 if you are a virgin media customer, you should complain to virgin media as with their platform, they can work it out.

@JohnmacD123  There is a solution. Get HD. That would allow you to watch all epsopdes.
