Where is Stephen Dixon from Sky news gone?

Not sure this is the right place but I only watch Sky News Sat/Sun and haven't seen Stephen Dixon for a long time so wondering where he has gone.

According to his Twitter feed he is working Monday to Thursday.

Yes, he's doing The Early Rundown while Niall Paterson fills in for Kay Burley.

I believe Stephen will be swapping places and covering Sky News Breakfast for three months from the end of March.

Personally I'd rather watch either of them than Kay Burley......

As said, he's presenting the The Early Rundown

Therefore he's on Monday to Thursday from 6am to 7am.

And at the end of the month he's switching to Sky News Breakfast (not yet entirely confirmed I will add) working the same days from 7am to 10am.

He won't be back doing the weekend editions of Sky News Breakfast for quite a while, and during lockdown it's been a solo presenter anyway (usually Gillian Joseph).

Thank goodness we do not have to suffer the obnoxious Kay Burley had to stop watching Sky News when Kay was presenting as I thought her interview style and behaviour towards guests was rude and appalling, the only person allowed to speak appeared to be Kay, bearing in mind this is breakfast tv do Sky really think that our young people and children should see her behaviour as acceptable. Last thing this country needs is a  generation of Kay Burleys. Keep her in the background if you want to keep your viewers.

Missing Stephen Dixon and his unbias, friendly and professional broadcasting very much but not for one second do I miss that self indulgent, attention seeking Kay Burley whose perceived arrogance  only  appears superceded by her apparent mission of negativity and criticism. What a dreadful example to any would be  journalist  that may aspire to take up the profession.

Maybe you should stop stating that as it makes no logical sense whatsoever.

So glad ms burley was taken off the early show, it's been a refreshing change from her arrogant style. Stephen and Neill are much better interviewers and they don't have that insufferable mumbling under their  breath  'sotto voice' that burley usually ended her interviews. Long may the new regime continue! Really don't want her back!

Over the past few weeks I have returned to sky breakfast because it is a pleasure to have Stephen Dixon on the show during the weekdays and Julian Joseph at the weekend. On Monday I was saddened to see that Kay Burley was back in the morning slot. Does sky really believe that the public want to watch this rude, self opinionated woman for three hours every weekday morning. As soon as I saw her return on Monday, I switched back to BBC breakfast. Bring Steven and Niall back please, or it is BBC or AlJazeera for my household in the mornings.

I agree with what you are saying. I won't watch her and can't beleive Sky haven't sacked her. She isn't well liked and I bet the ratings have plummeted
