What We Do in Shadows HD

Hi, just wondering why the first episode of What We Do in Shadows season 3 is in HD but the rest of the season is only available in SD?

Have you tried searching for it @Philldean as I can see this episode in HD if I do this ?

The problem is that S03E01 is available to download in HD and the rest of season 3 is only available in SD.

That won't make any difference. The epsidoes showing in SD on the Sky box will also be in SD from iPlayer.

Indeed they are. It must be due to some rights issue as per the iPlayer help pages: 

in some rare cases, programmes may only be available on BBC iPlayer in SD for rights reasons.

It could be that ep1 of series 3 slipped through the net and shouldn't actually be there in HD at all. 

Strange things have happened with this show on Disney+ too - all three seasons were available in 4K with HDR up until recently, now series 3 has disappered completely and the first two are only in HD.

Thanks, think I'll wait until season 3 is on Disney Plus, 4K would be nice, but will settle for HD. Think SD only ruins it and is too blurry for my liking.
