We are are getting charged doubled when we have merged our accounts together.

On the 10th of February, we merged our Sky Broadband and Sky Talk accounts together, however we are still recieving double payments as though the accounts are still separate. We got charged on 21st of February with £47 and on the 23rd of February with £65.06 when we were supposed to be charged on the 23rd only for the merged account. We then got charged twice in March on the 21st with £47 and 23rd with £41.94. We have stopped further payments until matters are clarified and can I request for you to send me a direct debit mend date for the new account.
Please get back to me as soon as possible, today will be preferable. Thank you.

We're customers here, I'm afraid.

Can you clarify what you mean by the above? Two different accountholders can't merge their accounts.
