Way to swap HD and SD channels on the 1TB Q box

I used to have the HD package for my SkyQ box but now the HD package has expired and I don't look to renew it, but SD Sky One for example is 806, Is there anyway I can change these back so 106 would just be sky one SD

Hi @sptpap1968 you can't change them but they should change for you - it might just take a day or two.

You may find they reset after a reboot :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

If it doesn't  get sorted in a day or 2 you may need to call SKY

Hi Sky Q I am in the same position, I'm still receiving the HD channels after I cancelled them about a Year Ago, SKY tried send signals, but didn't work.. I would prefer Sky One SD to be 106 as well...
