Want to down grade my account. But can’t get to speak to anyone in customer service.it just keeps s

I can't afford the sky package I currently have .

I would like to have a cheaper package.

I have been unable to speak to any agent and I have been trying all week so I can move forward and then pay bill .

please can someone calll me so I can talk and explain my situation 

thanks

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv


So select "Yes I still need help".

@Dartford+2 You may or may not be aware but this is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as a result of your post on here. They won’t even know who you are based on your forum log in name.

 

To reduce your package you need to contact Sky Customer Services. You can ring or try the messaging service. This link will probably help you. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#still-need-hand

@Dartford+2  What happens when you try to call? Is it directing you to make  payment and are your services restricted or not

@Dartford+2 don't delay paying your bill when it falls due. Any discussion you have now with Sky won't affect an existing bill, and delaying payment may result in Sky refusing to talk to you until it's settled.
