My sky broadband bills are more money than I agreed to when I switched to them and I cannot view my bills, I feel like I have tried everything?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the price has increased then it might be that the introductory price has now finished so it would be time to call Sky via the free 150 number to see if they will offer you another discount if you agree to a new contract.
What happens when you try to view your bills and is this via the MySky app or online, if the later does clearing your browsers cache and reloading it help or even using a different browser.
