Upgrade via an email which isn’t true

I've just upgraded to Sky Cinema, I thought it was free for a month and then £5 for the next six months! Just viewed my upcoming bill and it's added £20!! Did I receive a scam email from sky.... I obviously now have to ring them tomorrow to take this off!!! Why are you so greedy and reel customers in!

Re: Upgrade via an email which isn’t true

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If you have only just added Sky Mobies to your package then while the bill might show as £20 you might find that it is credited back on your next bill.

We are all customers here so you are not talking to Sky support.
