Unexpected payment out of bank

I had an unexpected payment come out of the bank today which has left me overdrawn in the bank. I have checked and I haven't received any correspondence about a payment coming out before my payment date. Is there anything I can do to get that payment back and pay it on my normal payment date?

As you have a direct debit set up you should never need to make a payment as you have done. What will happen now is a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid and this will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill no money will be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment returned you will need to contact Sky, the repayment will take 3-5 business days.

It says this but I paid my bill on the 25th of September as usual
