I assume UI means User Interface, which is what we are all using when using the Glass menu systems?

@Wobdot @I've discovered that every episode that is available from every series of anything I've added is on my Playlist. Right pain in the **bleep** 🙄

Could everyone expierening the play now issue from yesterday where all shows have reappeared in watch now rail and reset to season 1 eposide 1 please post your issues in the link above,hopefully the more posts we have the sooner it will be fixed

Why do people keep trying a force update - it will be delivered to your TV by the 17th February, you will just have to wait.  Yes its a pain, but nothing wrong with being more cautious in the roll out.

Thanks for that update @Anonymous but not all of us are privy to such information. How did you come about it please? Also, would you know if this "update" has resolved any of the many issues many Glass subscribers in this discussion group are having with their Playlist, or made thing worse?

@MichaeWlG  The information about not forcing updates is pinned at the top of the forum!

 

It seems sky telephone advisors became privvy to the information about the updates, so it became public knowledge very quickly.

As detailed in @Deedee36's thread, (see here) the feedback around s1 e1 of some series appearing in the Play Now rail does not appear to be related to the software rollout.

 

Attempting to force an update will only lead to having to log in to your apps again.

Yes I am aware of that @Mark-Br and it took me about 10 minutes to log back into the ones I am subscribed to. It's a small "price to pay" if a forced software update may help resolve the many issues paying subscribers are experiencing with the Glass Playlist. We are not Beta Testers @Mark-Br we are paying subscribers and as such we should be given a reliable service.

And how are we to know that @Jayboy1990 and what exactly does this software update do or improve? It would be very nice if Sky had a "Check for Updates" option in its UI, similar to Windows 10/Windows 11, which also outlines exactly what each update resolves/improves or is a new feature etc....

Because peoples playlists are getting reset to series 1 episode 1 without an update being applied. 

I would assert that playlist is being managed on a server somewhere and that's why we are seeing these random issues appear on a daily basis.

Well my Glass Playlisted series haven't been set back as you describe @Jayboy1990 and I am still on Software Version QS002.08.OP. I don't think it's wise to make general "assumptions" based on a few postings without proof to back it up.  What draws you into stating this below?

My glass updated to 004 and it didn't fix any of my playlist issues.
