Ultra HD connection uding TV connected to sky glas puck

Just got sky glas set up a nightmare  but got there in the end problem is have a UHD ready tv and have sky ultra HD in my package but tv attached to puck won't let me select it

Have you setup the puck to output UHD in settings - piture settings, make sure it showing 2160p.

In settings have gone to picture & sound set picture res to 2160p & default streaming format to UHD but when I try to access UHD in TV channels just get waiting for TV schedules message

@jamie5 how is the puck networked? To get UHD to plsy you will need a strong Wifi signal so makecsurecthe puck is out innthe open not behind things like the TV.

There are no UHD channels, so it's unlikely that message relates to content resolution: as @Chrisee indicates it's more likely to reflect a networking issue.

Picture res set to 2106p and UHD format chosen puck is set up wireless and in front of tv

@jamie5 Can you watch UHD on the Glass TV?

It sounds like you are trying to watch the UHD Channels at the bottom of the TV Guide, but until there's live F1 or Football on, then there's nothing for these channels to show.
