Trying to access Netflix on my tablet (I have it as part of sky package)

I have Netflix as part of my Sky Q package and can access it at home just fine. However, I've just tried to access it on my tablet through the app and my account isn't recognised. Any advice?

Did you have a Netflix account before switching to Sky billing or was it set up at the same time as your Sky Q subscription? 

If it was setup with Sky then you may not have a password set on your Netflix account. You can set a new password on this link:

You don't use your Sky login details for Netflix, which you might be doing?

 

Have you actually set up a password on Netflix via Sky? If not, go into the Netflix app on Sky, go to Help and where it says forgot password you should be able to set one up. Then you can try logging in again in the Netflix app on your tablet.
