If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
If you're on ADSL, upload speed even on the best possible line is seriously limited.

Downstream Connection Speed: 21482
Upstream Connection Speed: 1287
Network Type: PPPoA
As I suspected, you're on (very good) ADSL, so you've got nearly 21.5 Mbs coming in (from a maximum of 24) but only 1.3 Mbs going out (from a maximum of 1.4). Unfortunately this extreme asymmetry is inherent to the technology: you'd need to move to FTTC (which is probably what you had at your previous address) or better to get a faster upload

Hi @TimmyBGood ,
Many thanks for response and I am sorry that I am not expert like you because I have no idea what is FTTC if I am spelling it right and is that mean I need an upgrade to request from SKY?

You are using ADSL, which is the slowest form of broadband (24/1.4Mbs), sometimes called 'Essential'. FTTC is the technology usually sold as 'Superfast' (80/20Mbs). Beyond that there's 'Ultrafast' (150 or 500 or 900Mbs)
