Technical fault

Hi . Whenever we change sky channel it goes to a black screen and says technical fault . If you power of then power on the Chanel comes on . If you change again it does exactly the same thing . I've reset the box x2 and nothing is fixing this . Any ideas would be appreciated

@screwback & @Jason821 assuming the error message is not from your TVs give Sky a call as it sounds like you both have a faulty Q box.
