Synopsis not showing, won’t record

Hi everybody , having problems with my multiroom tele, no synopsis available, and won't record,

any help would be appreciated, tried rebooting, didn't solve it.

I assume these are new problems.  First check your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal). The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.

Checked signal strength, only the top two bars showing a signal, bottom two nothing.

@plumbob44 There's your problem. First thing you could try is, with the box unplugged, carefully swap over the two cables that go into the back of the box, taking care not to damage the middle wire inside them.

Then see if the 'no signal' has swapped to the other one (or maybe even fixed it)
