So look at your latest bill and compare it to the previous one.

Hi.. I do not work for sky, but a siter company. Your bill has to be up to dateb4 they can change date

Sure you can. They're prioritising keyworkers certainly, but also taking calls from other customers too. Just disregard the messages about hanging up if you're not a keyworker.

Ok thank you I'll do that its annoying they sent me 2 emails but I carnt read them dont know what they did I carnt understand the things

I am really not happy with the lack of service from sky . I am a key worker and I have been trying to contact sky to discuss my bills without success.  The last three bills that i have received are not clear - When I add up the different charges it does not come to the total you are charging me and I would like  to talk to someone that could explain this as i dont understand the total  i have been charged in my last 3 bills (that i have still payed ) as I dont agree Could you be in touch with me please.

If you've been struggling to talk to Sky then it could be because you are connecting to the billing department.  That currently disconnects you.

 

Say something else like 'speak to advisor', 'technical' or 'leave sky'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Which number should I use to contact them ... is it the one finishing with 1461?
