Re: Support with your Sky bill
Hi. After a recent home move the engineer said that he'd managed to save us £6 each month on our bill and that he could sign us up to a new 18 month contract. The change is not reflected in our future bills when logging on to my account? The payments due are showing as £87 and should be £47?

Re: Support with your Sky bill
Why does my TV bill start with "Box Sets" for £41.50 when the basic TV package is £25 (I have Sky Q if that makes a difference). How do I change to the £25 TV package as no-one here uses box sets

Re: Support with your Sky bill
I have just received my Bill and it's £114 it has gone up by £47 since my last bill. I can't remember receiving anything stating it would be increasing by this massive amount. I have been with you since 2018. What can be done to reduce this bill. What has happened to customer loyalty and not being ripped off. If nothing can be done I will have no option but to look for an alternative supplier.

@Martin+Hoearth This is not Sky we are a customer to customer forum. No one can access your account. Your only option is a couple of hours wait on the phone to Sky. Failing that write to them using tracked mail.

What does this post even mean? Whilst considering your reply please consider this - we are a customer to customer forum, we are not Sky and no one has access to your account.

Hi @Ady+38 have you got access to Sky Go and have you checked to see if you can watch what you subscribe too
Via a tablet or mobile device if you have it installed.
I know it's not the answer you were looking for but maybe it will give your kids something to watch.
Also if you have a games console Xbox or PS4 you can watch Sky via the TV for Sky App connected to a spare tv
If you subscribe to Sky Kids there is Sky Kids App which comes free so you could download that onto a tablet
I know these aren't what you were expecting but if your install date is 10 weeks away it's better than the kids not watching anything whilst in lockdown.

Re: Support with your Sky bill
You have charged me THREE TIMES for a £10 admin fee on my 20th April bill! It should be £70 total and you are about to take £90 because someone simply couldnt do there job and charged me three times for this one off £10 fee. I changed my contracts on 14th march and was told the only admin fee was £10 and that my next bill would be £70 inc. that and all bills after would be £60. DO NOT TAKE MONEY THAT I DON'T OWE YOU! It is a joke that you're about to take an overpayment and there is no way in which I can get ahold of you apart from this!!!

@futon12000 I'm afraid the only people you are getting in touch with is customers like yourself plus the odd Sky employees who monitor the website but who like us have no access to your account. This is a customer to customer forum, we are not Sky. You will have to be patient and wait to speak to someone at Sky by phone.
