Thank you. I was not expecting a reply. Just backing you up that this inability to talk to someone is very frustrating. Though, of course, understandable.
And to suggest you might do what I did, give notice to quit (as I needed to within my 31 days from accepting the offer) in hope someone will phone me before that is due.
They have responded to the e mail within moments so I know it was receiveed. I do not expect anything to happen fast and understand the reasons, of course. But I am just covering myself so that if it turns out I was mislead on the phone on 6 March over the offer price then they know I cannot agree to the price billing shows.
Not sure if doing this will help you. But it might be worth a try.

6th march + 31 days gives more than enough time to actually send them a letter. As they do not want to lose customers they are more likely to phone you.

Hi people how you have a lovely day.
i got a big bill of £163 off Sky which i told they i paid it in the morning but my company had not paying me yets due with COVID-19 issue.the office is closed & most people i work for not been pay yets. Sky already remove the block off my TV. i had been told by my manager i get pay on the around 17 April 2020.i am worry if they block my tv again as i not paying my bill which it ain't my falut.gov told us stay at home for 12 week :(......i am very stess here and worry if my tv going block.....it make my epilepsy worse stess out....can anyone help me with this matter what i need to do.....i know it not our falut if viru came UK but i promise i paid it on 24/03/20 but not get paid until next April i am not sure if sky can able to give me another day 😞

All sorted. I was being charged for multi room which I don’t have so now I am £156 in credit!

If you have a direct debit set up Sky will take the money on the appropriate date.
If you don't have a DD in place then you can make a payment via this link:

To be honest it only took 10 mins. They were fantastic once I got through and arranged another slightly cheaper deal for me. Very grateful for their help in these uncertain times.

I'm not sure, does it just automatically be paid by my employer?? I'm so worried right now as I'm with sky for everything telephone, broadband and tv 😢

Hi,
I paid my bill at 3:30am this morning and July bank account is showing it has been paid but my sky account is still showing I need to pay this again.. please can you tell my why this is happening as your phone are closed in this difficult time and I do not want to pay again for the same month?
