Tried but because I'm not a key worker no one will speak to me I'm sure I will get this sorted just a few people I know have had a rebate or sky for there bt sports

but is not right to stop people speaking about there bill , you should have a live chat like other company do e.g bt , cedrit cards companys , you are a million pound company ,this should sort

I am a key worker and want to discuss my bill where I have been over charged but the options I go through to just keep cutting me off. How do I get hold of someone?

how i contact them by going on face book in to there messege box left message there saing i vunbelr person so you could try that

so they just messege me back on fb.  sent me to messeger. had to phone them on direct number. been inform i aread cancel even though i havent, was weighting for them to  look at new package they were going to sen me. which they dint. so they are total mess at there end. now on virgin on tues

poor service

so after many problems, they  fail to call back about new contract they offered.  they re added sky sports even though have sports still missing.   they label a complaint that i dint make

my contract end 31.5.20 but they only showinh some of the items.

i contact them to cancel   they said it was aready being done,

 no comfirm of cancelation. 

bill  gone up

 phone today they cant see my c account because of ther  complaing that i dint make

 they phoeing me back tomrow.

 

 

haaha i getting vitrgin today so dont realy care

 wont be coming back again

I need to re new my contract now June.Next month I see it will rise by £30 and the following month a rise to £45  extra,.I need to change this

I received an email saying bank declined my direct debit. Checked my account and Bill has been paid from my account .Unable to get through to sky what can I do .

@Eddie+Han there are lot of scam mails at the moment that are using Sky's name.

 

Check the sender and any links very carefully - you'll probably find it's not from Sky.

What do they charge for Sports?
