I CHANGED MY SKY PACKAGE ON THE PHONE AND YES I KNOW MY FIRST MONTH WAS GOING TO BE MORE AND THEN THE CORRECT PRICE FROM THEN ON BUT NOW RECIEVED EMAIL AND GOING TO BE CHARGED 45 POUNDS  CANCELLATION CHARGE FOR CANCELLING WHICH I DID NOT YOUR PERSONNEL CHANGED MY PACKAGE YOU TRIED TO DO THIS LAST MONTH AND WHEN I PHONED THEY SAID IT WAS AN ERROR BUT NOW YOUR DOING IT AGAIN AND ITS SHOWING THE EXTRA FOR MAYS BILL AND YOU SAID I HAVENT SENT MY OLD ROUTER BACK WHEN YOU CHANGED MY BROADBAND WHICH I DID AND HAVE PROOF OF POSTING . EVEN THOUGH IM WORKING FOR THE NHS YOU WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS ON THE PHONE AND THIS EXTRA PAYMENT WHICH YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE I DO NOT OWE YOU ,IM STRESSED ENOUGH AT THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT YOU TAKING MONEY I DONT OWE HENCE THE BLOODY CAPLOCKS,

@LUNASTONKEY , you need to contact customer services either by phone or recorded post stating your position and I am sure it will be resolved. When you change contracts there could well be admin charges applied

I do have the money however I cannot deposit it into my account as that would require going out to the bank directly which is something I'd prefer not to do. The only other possibility is to ask a family member to maybe deposit some money into my account.

Hi my employer has been placed onto a government scheme called furlough until covid-19 clears up however my bills unpaid in March can I pay for it on the 21-04-2020 aswell as April's bill so it's two mo this payment at once kind regards Elizabeth Metcalfe.

@Anonymous  this is a customer to customer forum, we are not Sky. Your options are either wait on the phone to speak to Sky or send them a letter by recorded delivery. The last option is probably your best bet currently.

I am trying to do the exact same thing, it will not let you downgrade online which I feel due to the current situation it should and tells you to phone but the wait time is 1-2 hours, I then tried to use the compliaint form and it will not let you send it, it keeps saying the phone number is in the incorrect format even though I am doing it exactly as they say, pulling my hair out now !!!

Really need to get the billing sorted, it's frustrating that we can't speak to someone, and understand the situation. 
I would love to try and down grade my package online but it won't allow me to.
