Subtitles resetting when channel changed

We use subtitles and I've noticed recently that the Sky Q box turns off subtitles when I change channel, and they there's more steps to go through to activate them. Will Sky fix this issue?

Issue fixed. We need to set subtitles to on in the settings>accessibility>subtitles

The subtitles seems to be another Sky Q "lets needlessly add more steps to a function that was working fine" decision.
